Does the Archdiocese operate any affordable housing for senior citizens? Yes. The Archdiocese operates nine apartment buildings for senior citizens who are capable of independent living. While these buildings accommodate residents of all faiths and denominations, most of the buildings are located adjacent to a Catholic Church. (Please note that the Archdiocese does not operate any retirement homes for seniors who require assisted living or nursing home care.)
