Coordinator of Youth Ministry
St. Timothy's Parish, Toronto, is seeking a full time Coordinator of Youth Ministry. St. Timothy's is a vibrant parish of 2,000 families gathered from many nations and pastored by the Companions of the Cross.
Responsibilities include: engaging directly in ministry to youth ages 4 to 25, training, support and supervision of youth ministry leaders, and coordination of the parish youth Mass on Sundays. The ideal candidate will be a committed disciple of Jesus Christ who desires to lead young people into a personal encounter with Jesus Christ, to foster their growth as Catholic Christians, and to draw them into the life, mission, and ministry of the Church.
Candidates should have completed some form of post-secondary education, preferably in a field related to Catholic youth ministry and have experience in youth ministry or a commitment to pursue training as a condition of being hired.

The 2010 Dinner will honour Mr. John A. Gennaro of Toronto. Also honoured at the dinner will be Jesuit Golden Jubilarians: Fr. Michael Parent, Fr. Bill Robins, Fr. Winston Rye, Fr. Joe Schuck, and Fr. Roger Yaworski.
The celebration will begin with a Mass at St. David's Parish, 2601 Major Mackenzie Dr., Maple, Ontario, at 5:00 p.m. Following the Mass, a pre-dinner reception will begin at 6:30 p.m., which will give an opportunity to meet some of the Jesuits you have supported over the years. Dinner will be served at 7:30 p.m. The reception and dinner will be held at Le Parc Dining and Banquet Hall, 20 North Rivermede Rd., Concord, Ontario.
The cost of the evening is $125.00 per person (with a tax receipt of $75.00 for a single ticket) or $1,000.00 for a table of eight (with a tax receipt of $600.00 for a table). The proceeds from the dinner will go towards funding a scholarship for a Jesuit in formation. The Sisters of Life opened their first Canadian convent in the Archdiocese of Toronto in August 2007. They are a contemplative/active religious community of women founded in 1991 by Cardinal O'Connor for the protection and enhancement of the sacredness of every human life. They now have a centre to serve pregnant women in downtown Toronto, at St. Catherine of Siena Parish, and are looking to see if parishes may have items they wish to donate for their new centre:
For the Chapel: chapel size pews, tabernacle stand, sanctuary lamp (silver or black wrought iron), ambo, crucifix, candlesticks, credence table and offertory table, chalice, paten and ciborium, celebrant chair, vestments, monstrance, statues of Mary and Joseph, Lectionary and Sacramentary and stained glass windows (1.28m x 1.78m) and (87cm x 1.28m).

Church Pews and Organ for Sale
Bayfair Baptist Church in Pickering is undergoing major renovations and subsequently is looking to release their church organ and contemporary oak pews.
All items are in good condition. The organ would cost a donation and the pews are priced at $4/per foot. The pews range in length from 8.5 feet to 20 feet, with the total length of the pews being 800 feet which would seat about 600 people.
