Carlos Martins, fourth year Companions of the Cross seminarian, will have on display his collection of over 200 relics of the saints. He will use his relic collection to teach about these sacred objects.

Everyone is welcome to come out and touch the relics.

Pilgrimage to
Our Lady of Grace at Mary Lake

The Italian pastoral commission is organizing a pilgrimage to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Grace at Mary Lake Toronto May 21st (Victoria Day).

3:00 p.m. Marian Celebration (Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament and Rosary). Sermon of Father Gabriele Cingolani, Passionist, on the topic: “Ad Jesum per Mariam”. Procession on the hill of the Sanctuary, 6:00 p.m. Final Rites and Blessing.

Youth Retreats – MAX – '007

The Militia of the Immaculata (MI) is a spiritual movement approved by the Vatican with over four million members worldwide.

It is through the Militia of the Immaculata movement, that a group of eight young adults from the US and Canada have been selected to travel the United States (including Hawaii) and Canada to give youth retreats, speak at youth groups and schools.

The evangelization team is called **MAX-'007 ** and each team member is totally consecrated to Our Lady and is *FIRED UP* and ready to transform the world for Jesus through Mary!

May 12-13, 2007 Youth Retreat (13-17) St. Casimir's Parish in Toronto.

May 18-20, 2007 Youth Retreat (13-17) Holy Redeemer Parish in Pickering.

May 26, 2007 Young Adult Retreat (18-35) St. Martin of Tours Parish in Mississauga.

Talk on “Raising Catholic Youth
In Our Media Society”
featuring Father Stan Fortuna

Dante Alighieri Academy will welcome Father Stan Fortuna back to Toronto for talks and a concert starting Wednesday, May 16 until Friday, May 18.

Father Fortuna will speak on “Raising Catholic Youth in Our Media Society”, a public talk to take place on Wednesday, May 16 at 7:00 p.m. at Dante Alighieri Academy, 60 Playfair Avenue, Toronto, Ontario. He will also be doing a public concert there on Friday, May 18, at 8:00 p.m.

Looking for Youth Minister

St. Mary's, Barrie is seeking a youth minister to oversee a comprehensive integrated youth ministry. The role will include institutional liaison for intermediate and secondary students as well as outreach to a burgeoning college/university population.

The position is full time and salary reflects diocesan standards.
