Anglicanorum Coetibus in Canada

The Anglicanorum Coetibus Conference DVD set can now be purchased through Salt & Light TV.

Welcome. These web pages are intended to provide useful information for those interested in the implementation in Canada of Pope Benedict's document Anglicanorum Coetibus (Groups of Anglicans), which was released on November 4, 2009.

This document establishes a special kind of diocese called an ordinariate in which Anglicans who become Roman Catholic can celebrate their Catholic faith in a parish and diocesan community in which Anglican traditions are maintained. This site will help to provide useful information about this process in Canada.

The Anglican Ordinariate Group in Toronto will meet on Sundays 2-4 pm at the Newman Centre (89 St George Street), starting Sunday, May 1, 2011.  All are welcome who wish to explore Anglicanorum Coetibus in preparation for establishing an Ordinariate parish in Toronto.
