For more than fifty-six years our parish has been a place of worship for the people in the west end of Oshawa. Beginning in 1958, our parish family of faith met for a time at St. Christopher School. For seven years, as our parish grew, we met to worship in our liturgical centre. That centre—now our hall— became a symbol of the dedication and hard work of those who helped raise the funds to build our beautiful church.

Over the years, our parish hall has been a focal point for ongoing community building in the form of parish social gatherings, sacramental preparation, adult education and parish organization meetings.

It is important that we maintain and enhance our facilities.  The hall requires a new roof and must be replaced soon.  The hall also requires upgrading to ensure it is accessible to all. For that reason we will construct handicap accessible washrooms for parishioners and community members alike.

Our parish's share of the campaign proceeds will allow us to proceed with these important and worthwhile projects.
