Lay Missionaries of Charity

The special mission of the LMCs is to work for the salvation and sanctification of the members of their own families, for that of their own movement and of the poorest of the poor of the whole world. Charisms: • Remaining in the heart of the world, the LMCs consecrate the world itself to God everywhere offering worship by the holiness of their lives expressed through prayer, penance and works of mercy, after the example of the Holy Family of Nazareth. • We make ourselves available to the Missionary of Charity Sisters to assist in their apostolate as required.
