"A steward is a servant entrusted for a time with the goods of the Master. The steward uses but does not own these goods, and must eventually give an account to the Master for the way in which they have been cared for and made fruitful."Cardinal Thomas Collins
Cardinal Collins has identified deep stewardship as an important pastoral priority for the Archdiocese of Toronto. The concept is woven throughout our Pastoral Plan. In addition, clergy and lay staff have been learning more about how each one of us can embrace stewardship as a way of life, recognizing that our time and talents can be shared with others to strengthen our parishes, families and community at large.
This website has been created to share key teachings, resources and prayers for use by the Catholic community.
May we embrace this opportunity to share our time and talents in abundance in thanksgiving for all that has been entrusted to us.
