Ministry Positions

"Each should use whatever gift received to serve others,

faithfully administering God’s grace in its various forms."

- 1 Peter 4:10 -

Overview
There are many diverse ministries across the Archdiocese of Toronto that volunteers serve in, below describes a few of these ministries. We encourage you to reach out to your local Parish office or Ministry Leaders for further details on available ministries and how you can be considered for a volunteer role.

Lay Associations:

Lay Associations are another great way to get connected and volunteer for those interested in serving groups and associations affiliated with the Catholic Church.

Please note that Lay Associations are independent entities from the Archdiocese and your local Parish, and have their own volunteer screening guidelines and procedures that their volunteers are required to comply with.

The Archdiocese and local parishes are not involved in or responsible for the screening of parishioners or other persons who volunteer for Lay Associations, and we encourage you to contact the respective Lay Association directly to learn more about what roles are available and what is required to volunteer for them.

"Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these, you did for Me."

- Matthew 25:40 -
