Most people know about the murder of six million European Jews in the Shoah. Some know about the antisemitic pogroms of Imperial Russia decades earlier. But not many people are familiar with the epic survival story of the more than 800,000 Jews who left or were driven from their homes in Arab nations and Iran.
The Forgotten Exodus is a new limited podcast series presented by American Jewish Committee that explores the rich heritage of these Jews, some of whom fled antisemitism and found refuge in the State of Israel.

Each Monday in August and part of September, a new episode of this series that focuses on Mizrahi and Sephardic Jews will be released.
