Our Vision and Mission

The Office of Formation for Discipleship is committed to cultivating a Church of missionary disciples, grateful to God, who actively encounter Christ in Word and Sacrament and share their God-given gifts in joyful service as living witnesses to Christ in the world.

We're here to…

Assist pastors, clergy, and lay leaders by sharing resources, fostering networks, and providing formation opportunities;

Support parish efforts by offering diocesan and regional formation opportunities for the lay faithful; and

Collaborate with various partners (such as religious orders, agencies, educational institutions, and lay movements) through consultations, information sharing, events, and initiatives.

Ministries We Support

Across the Archdiocese, there are numerous opportunities to serve the Church. Our office can support your pastoral team with the launch of new ministries, for ongoing ministries or to revitalize ministries already in place.
