Belief Briefs

What does it mean to believe? What does the Catholic Church have to say about certain issues of faith?

Beliefs Briefs is a contemporary approach to understanding the answers to those very questions and many others.

With thanks to several clergy and lay members in the Archdiocese of Toronto, the Office of Public Relations & Communications and the Office of Formation for Discipleship have produced a series that looks at issues including prayer, morality, sacraments and more.

Parishes, faith formation groups and clergy are welcome to use Belief Briefs in their local setting. Each Belief Belief is made up of a video, with a corresponding resource sheet. For each topic, there are valuable resources which include easy to read reflections, direct teachings from the Catechism of the Catholic Church, sources from tradition as well as reflection questions that can be used in a small group setting.
