• Provide technical services and be a high value partner to each operational unit of the Archdiocese.

• Implement technology solutions that meet client department requirements.

• Develop and implement a long-range plan for the Chancery's information needs.

IT Administration

• Maintain hardware, software, internal and external information systems and databases, and local area and wide area networks for the Chancery office.

• Ensure the security, integrity, confidentiality, and privacy of all Chancery electronic data.

• Maintain full compliance with Canadian copyright laws pertaining to the use and distribution of software.

• Reduce the average total cost of ownership of Chancery workstations by deploying appropriate technologies.

Software & Database Development

• Increase productivity potential by automating manual tasks in a cost efficient manner either through application development or purchase of bespoke software.
