Formation in Catechesis of the Good Shepherd for nine to twelve year olds prepares catechists to guide children as they reflect on God’s acts of self-revelation throughout sacred history and ponder ever more deeply the covenant relationship and God’s invitation to participate in His plan of salvation. Work in the level III environment includes studies in sacred history, the moral life, sacraments, virtues, and typology.

This CGS certificate course is offered for catechists who have already received their Level I and Level II formation. The full course is comprised of 120 hours of formation, through seminars and praxis.
