Pope Francis again, on the feast of St. Francis of Assisi, has reminded us that this existential threat calls us to more – more solidarity, more action, more prayer. On behalf of Development and Peace-Caritas Canada, Our Lady of Lourdes will host Nnimmo Bassey, director of the Home of Mother Earth Foundation in Nigeria, Wednesday, Oct. 11, 7:00 p.m. at Lynch Hall. Come, learn, and share the hope of those who struggle with climate fuelled droughts, conflict, terrorism and forced migration.
