In our journey to create a community that truly values life, it is important to recognize the need for patient-centered care—a care that acknowledges the often traumatic and heartbreaking stories of countless patients.

Join us on Tuesday, June 20 at 7 p.m. for our ShareLife Speaker Series event "The Palliative Care Journey: For you, your loved ones, and the most vulnerable" with Father Matthew Durham from Journey Home Hospice. Father Matthew's expertise will provide valuable insights, as he explains the basics of palliative care.

Father Matthew will also share his experience at Journey Home hospice, a ShareLife-supported centre dedicated to providing end-of-life care to Toronto's homeless population.
