The World Day of Prayer is a global ecumenical movement which brings Christians of many traditions together to observe a common day of prayer every annually under the motto “Informed Prayer and Prayerful Action”. The National World Day of Prayer in Canada is organized by Women's Inter-Church Council of Canada and this year’s theme is based on Ephesians 1:15-19, “God’s calling has a meaning and a purpose”. Plan to join with Christians across Canada standing together as disciples in prayer and action for justice, peace, and reconciliation.
