7 Principles for Making Marriage Work Weekend Couples Retreat

When: Friday March 22, 2024 at 4 p.m. to Sunday March 24, 2024 at 2 p.m.
What: This weekend retreat is based on John Gottman's book, "The 7 Principles for Making Marriage Work"
Where: Queen of Apostles Renewal Centre in Mississauga, Ontario (This 7 Principles retreat will be offered in a secular format, and is held at a Christian retreat centre. All are welcome)

-You will learn about re-building your friendship, managing conflict and creating shared meaning
-There will be presentations, class exercises, couple exercises and homework activities
-All meals and accommodations are included (2 night stay)
-Gottman Connect questionnaire and digitial resource materials included
-$750 includes all digital materials, time, meals and accommodations. Melissa worked hard to make this as affordable as possible in order to make it accessible for any couple who could benefit from this.
-This will be offered in 1-3 sessions per day over 3 days. Please check with your benefits provider to see what may be covered through them. Melissa is a Registered Social Worker and will be providing receipts for each day of the retreat
-10% deposit due upon booking. This is refundable if you cancel by December 15, 2023
-Additional 20% non-refundable deposit due by December 31, 2023
-Remaining balance due by March 1, 2024
